The Remooble "Try It & Love It" Policy
We want you to see the magic for yourself! We know you can’t know if our products work until you actually use it, so we’ve made our policy a bit more flexible.
The Basics

Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

The "Fair Use" Rule: You are welcome to test it out! However, we cannot accept returns if a significant amount of the product has been used.

Yes: Testing to see the results.

No: Using most of the bottle then sending it back.

Condition: Please keep the original bottle and cap.
How to Return

Contact Us: Shoot an email to team@remooble.com with your order number.

Ship It: We’ll send over the return instructions. Note: Unless the product arrived damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Once we receive the bottle and confirm it’s still mostly full, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
